Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. This policy sets out the terms for rescheduling and cancelling appointments booked with Armoured Films. We aim to be fair to both our clients and our team, who schedule their time and resources around confirmed appointments.

Rescheduling

12+ Hours Before Appointment

Free

Rescheduling is free of charge with no questions asked. Use the client portal, email us at contact@armouredfilms.ca, or call 587-885-4192 to select a new appointment time.

1–11 Hours Before Appointment

$30 Fee

A rescheduling fee of $30 CAD will be charged to the payment method on file. This reflects the cost of same-day schedule adjustment when our team has already allocated time for your appointment. Your deposit remains applied to the rescheduled appointment.

How to Reschedule

Cancellations

48+ Hours Before Appointment

Full Deposit Refund

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit paid. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

24–47 Hours Before Appointment

50% Deposit Refund

Cancellations made between 24 and 47 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit paid. The remaining 50% is retained to offset scheduling and preparation costs. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Under 24 Hours Before Appointment

No Refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a deposit refund. The deposit is forfeited in full. You may reschedule the appointment, though the 1–11 hour rescheduling fee of $30 applies if rescheduling within that window.

No-Show

Deposit Forfeited

If a valet pickup is dispatched and the vehicle is inaccessible, or if no contact is made and the appointment cannot proceed, the deposit is forfeited in full. A new booking with a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Processing times are subject to your financial institution's policies and may vary.

To initiate a refund or cancellation, contact us at contact@armouredfilms.ca with your booking confirmation number and reason for cancellation. We will confirm receipt and process your request promptly.

Service Satisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your installation, please contact us at contact@armouredfilms.ca within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Installation defects are covered under our 5-Year Installation Warranty as described in the Warranty Policy. We will arrange an inspection and, if the issue is covered under warranty, remedy it at no charge.
